Abstracts
(max. 1 page incl. illustrations and references) should be written in English and should be in Microsoft word format. Please include name, address and affiliations of all authors and highlighting the presenting author, as well as e-mail address of the corresponding author.
Submit your abstract before 4th March 2024 to hipims@shu.ac.uk.
The scientific committee will review all submitted contributions and decide if it has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
The poster sessions will be held in parallel with the technical sessions consisting of oral talks. Posters should be of A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm). Poster presenters are requested to mount their posters on the allocated spaces (information on arrival at the venue) before the beginning of the conference on 26th June. Presenters will be supplied with board pins/ velcro to mount their posters. Presenters are requested to remove their posters at the end of the oral session on 27th June.
Participants will be encouraged to use the tea/coffee and lunch breaks to visit the posters and industrial exhibition booths.
